Young and Free are a “buddying” and befriending service for disabled young people with physical and sensory impairments aged 16-25 in the Bristol area.

As well as group-wide events in a range of locations Young and Free offer a social outlet on a 1:1 basis which we actively encourage.

But during the Covid pandemic, they’ve not been able to operate as they normally would.

This short film was created with the help of members explaining how their lives have been affected by lockdown and how important support from Young and Free has been to them.
