A new short film has been released to drive forward diversity in the workplace.

Babbasa, a youth empowerment group in Bristol has produced a short film with Plimsoll Productions highlighting the journeys people from disadvantaged backgrounds have made to become the successful people they are today.

#HearOurStories is about looking at the journeys of people from disadvantaged backgrounds, from their struggles to their successes. This video looks at the lives of influential ethnic minority professionals and explores how they got to where they are now.
