Creating a legacy of bright futures

Future Legacy Project is an exciting creative programme supporting young women to make a difference in the world by creating their own digital social action project.

It brings together young women and non-binary folk aged 16-18 to work on big ideas to create positive change.

Our aim is to support our participants to learn about social action projects whilst developing their STEAM skills (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Maths).

The participants gain insight into the creative and STEM industries from inspiring professional women. They learn new skills such as web development, photography, video, animation, and product design to create a digital social action campaign.

Future Legacy Project also work with brilliant mentors and have many opportunities to meet inspirational professional women.

Working alongside @stemettes, the programme is designed to encourage young women to see themselves in more varied careers, increase their confidence and widen their networks.
